Andaman & Nicobar Islands
The Islands are Sandwiched between the Bay of Bengal to the west and the Andaman Sea. The Territory Shares maritime borders with Indonesian located about 165 km to the south, Myanmar located 280 km the north east and Thailand located 650 km to the south east. The islands occupy the total area of approximately 8249 km with the population of 380,581 as per the 2011 census. The territory is divided into three districts: Nicobar Districts, South Andaman Districts, North and Middle Andaman districts.
Cholas one of the three Tamil Kingdoms, used the islands as a naval base to launch expeditions in south east Asia. The danish were the first Europeans to arrive on the islands in 1755. The islands became part of the British Raj in 1868. During the second world war, the islands were invaded by the Japanese empire. After Indian independence in 1947, the region became a province and later a union territory after the adoption of the constitution of India in 1950.
Hindi and English are the official languages, the major spoken language is Bengali, Tamil, Telugu and other Indian languages such as Malayam, Kanadam and other part of Indian state people of living. Barma sattlers and Karen people migrated from Philippians also living in north an middle Andaman districts. Hinduism is the majority religion in the union territory, with a significant christian minority. The islands are also home to the Jarawas, Andamanes, Nicobarese, Sentinelese, Onge and Shomopen tribal people.
North & Middle Andaman District
North and Middle andaman District is one of the 3 district of the Indian union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar islands located in the bay of Bengal. Mayabunder town is the District Headquarters. District Comprises 3 tehsils, Diglipur, Mayabunder and Rangat. As of 2010, the District's Chief Agricultural product were rice,coconut, rabi pulses, areca nuts and bananas.
In 39 Gram Panchayat near about 228 Villages are in rural dense forest. Several forest encourage villages without any bacise facilities for living. Just cultivating crops and living without any kind of awareness about there children future. Although government provided child education through sarvasiksha. For High School education Government provieds hostel Facilities. But very less ratio of children and their parents are aware and come-up. balance remind as tribes in this dense forest, Consuming local made liqueurs, hunting in the forest & selling illegal timber and enjoying their life with pain full family life with lack of finance, lack of good health, un-ware of children future.
We are a non-profit organisation as our Administration office at Rangat, try our level best to builds capacity of communities to ensure empowerment for marginalized our rural area's people. We train them in Health & hygienic, Livelihood, Child Education & Women Development, Rural Development and awareness climate change Disaster Relief & Resilience, provide innovative solutions to deep-rooted development problems.
Along with access to the various confederation of expertise in various feild with the help of central and state Government also several Non-government organisation, we integrate internal knowledge and strong network of partnerships to deliver outcomes at scale.

Near about 350 family's of Nicobarese (ST) are living in Tsunami Shelter at Harminder Bay. Nature gave thousands of coconut Trees in and around of this village.
plenty of Coconut Coir Fiber is wasted. for income generation to this tribal people we our NGO provide Training in Spinning & Foot-mate making.
In North and Middle Andaman District. Cane and Bamboo are available in Plenty in the Dense forest. also Forest Department of A & N Islands support the SHG for their Income Generation. we our NGO give Handicraft Making training in Cane & Bamboo for SHG Members.
Arraning SHG mela's (SHG Bazaar ) for empowering SHG Members for producing of the prodect as they trained and source available to display in mela. This Mela's are more effective and supportive for Women Empowerment and self employment motivation of SHG Members.
